I've nothing but praise for Kate Siraj and her introduction of Ayurveda to me.  The regime that Kate suggested has been totally successful and has almost completely seen off a tedious and uncomfortable digestive problem that I had. I’ve had my consultations by Skype and they’ve been very satisfactory. My treatment is ongoing as my IBD condition was severe and acute when I contacted her. I’ve been using her herbal prescription as a support to the allopathic medicine I take. My condition improved after a few days of taking the the herbs along with the diet she recommended. I started seeing Kate in January 2019, after a friend recommended her. I was suffering from severe endometriosis. Kate is incredibly knowledgable in Ayurveda and through her guidance I have overcome my health issues.  Moreover, I have incorporated Ayurveda into my daily routine.  I have also completed shadow work with Kate, which I would recommend.
