A safe, guided journey into the parts of you that hold your power

A two‑day, trauma‑aware Shadow Work workshop to meet, understand, and integrate the parts of yourself that shape your patterns, relationships, and inner world.
Held with deep care, psychological integrity, and grounded facilitation.

Why Shadow Work Matters

We all carry parts of ourselves we’ve pushed away; anger, fear, shame, desire, power, vulnerability.
These parts don’t disappear. They quietly influence how we react, relate, protect ourselves, and move through the world.

Shadow Work is the process of meeting these parts with honesty, compassion, and courage.
Not to “fix” them, but to understand them.
Not to get rid of them, but to integrate them.

When we turn toward the shadow with support, something profound happens: we reclaim energy, clarity, and choice.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the Shadow Work weekend, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of your inner patterns and protective strategies
  • Tools to navigate emotional triggers with more ease
  • A felt sense of inner safety and self‑connection
  • A deeper relationship with the parts of you that have been unseen or unheard
  • More compassion for yourself and others
  • A renewed sense of personal power, presence, and choice

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

What Actually Happens During the Weekend

This is a structured, spacious, and deeply held experience. There are just 6 participants on this closely held weekend.
Across the two days, we move through:

Guided Inner‑Parts Exploration: Gentle processes to meet and understand the different parts of your psyche.

Somatic Grounding Practices: Simple, accessible techniques to help your body feel safe and supported.

Journaling and Reflection: Time to integrate insights and connect with your inner voice.

Partner and Group Exercises (Always Optional): Opportunities to be witnessed and supported, only if and when it feels right.

Facilitated Shadow Work Processes: Safe, trauma‑aware methods to explore deeper emotional material.

Integration and Closing: Bringing everything together so you leave grounded, clear, and resourced.

Everything is invitational.
You choose your pace.
Your boundaries are respected at every step.

Is This For Me?

This weekend is for you if:

  • You’re ready for deeper self‑understanding
  • You feel stuck in repeating patterns
  • You want to feel more whole, empowered, and connected
  • You’re craving a safe space to explore your inner world
  • You’re willing to meet yourself with honesty and compassion

This weekend may not be for you if:

  • You’re looking for quick fixes
  • You’re currently in acute crisis
  • You’re not ready for emotional exploration
  • You prefer purely cognitive or surface‑level work

This clarity helps ensure the space is aligned, safe, and supportive for everyone.
