Shadow Work Retreat held by Kate and Waqar Siraj.
Timings: Initial preparation webinar Tuesday 6th April (18.00 – 20.00 UK time). Main workshop: Saturday 10th April 2027 (08.45) to Sunday 11th April 2027 (18.00).
Please make sure you are available for both the webinar and the main workshop when booking as the webinar is essential.

Cost: We offer a sliding scale for the Shadow Work retreat to make this experience accessible while honoring the true costs of holding the space. Please choose the tier that best reflects your current financial reality. Accessible places are limited. If you’re choosing this option, please share a little context as a reflection on whether this tier is the right fit (e.g. low income, receiving government support, recent financial difficulty). Paying at the higher tiers helps sustain the work and supports those who need the lower ones. All contributions are valued equally in spirit, your presence matters most.

£550 – Standard (balanced exchange)
£375 – Accessible (stretching to join)
The price includes preparation materials, preparation webinar, weekend workshop, all lunches, Saturday dinner, snacks and drinks. If you need a bursary in addition to choosing the Accessible option, please enquire as we are passionate about making Shadow Work accessible to everyone who wants to do it. To reserve your space, please pay the £150 non-refundable deposit. The balance will then be due 3 weeks before the workshop.
Accommodation is not included. If you need to travel more than 30mins to get to the venue, we advise staying somewhere locally. There are various places to stay nearby including a Travelodge in Teddington (walkable), a Travelodge in Sunbury (short drive) and various AirBnB options.
This workshop will have a maximum of 6 participants.

Cancellation policy:
The £150 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded on cancellation.
If you cancel after paying your balance (due 3 weeks before the workshop), we will attempt to fill your place. If the place is filled, we will refund 75% of your balance. If not, the balance cannot be refunded.
