I've nothing but praise for Kate Siraj and her introduction of Ayurveda to me. The regime that Kate suggested has been totally successful and has almost completely seen off a tedious and uncomfortable digestive problem that I had. I started seeing Kate in January 2019, after a friend recommended her. I was suffering from severe endometriosis. Kate is incredibly knowledgable in Ayurveda and through her guidance I have overcome my health issues. Moreover, I have incorporated Ayurveda into my daily routine.
