Ginger Tea

  • 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom or a crushed pod
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain if you don't have it, try fennel
  • 1 cup water


  • Boil the spices up with the water (5 mins).
  • Strain
  • It is great to scale up and make up 500ml (or more!) in a flask and sip throughout the day
