Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom or a crushed pod
- 1/4 tsp ajwain if you don't have it, try fennel
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Boil the spices up with the water (5 mins).
- Strain
- It is great to scale up and make up 500ml (or more!) in a flask and sip throughout the day
